VENUE MANAGEMENT

The logistics team acts as an extension of the client team by serving as  the primary, day-to-day liaison with the hotel CSM and additional third party  vendors as necessary.

The logistics team secures and coordinates all hotel, A/V and food and beverage arrangements working hand in hand with the client to ensure that all hotel staff has clear direction and a clear understanding of our expectations.

We also ensure the proper setup of meeting rooms and provide the hotel with a detailed instruction sheet combined with individual room drawings developed by our production team.

All banquet event orders and hotel resumes are thoroughly reviewed prior to our arrival on-site, and changes are clearly communicated to the hotel.
